We currently deliver within South Africa only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.
🚚 Our Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped with Aramex, one of South Africa's trusted courier services, to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery.
⏱️ Order Processing
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we'll carefully prepare and pack your items.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is handed over to Aramex.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
📦 Delivery Timeframes
In total your standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
💳 Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over R1000
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under R1000
- Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
📍 Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel's journey and view the latest delivery updates.
⚠️ Delivery Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier network disruptions
- Deliveries to remote or outlying areas
If your delivery is delayed, we'll gladly assist you in tracking your order.
